Health Care Power of Attorney:
The decision on who will make health care decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so is important and requires a health care power of attorney.  This document spells out who is legally permitted to make decisions regarding your health care if you are rendered incapacitated and what decisions they can or cannot make.

Living Will:
A living will is a directive on how you wish to be medically treated or not treated at a time when you would be unable to make those decisions for yourself.  Valuable for the unseen in life, a living will can help respect your wishes if you are not able to do so yourself.
